General Plumbing Supply's New Truck Fleet Promotes Rheem

March 27, 2005 | Montgomery, AL --General Plumbing Supply, based in Edison NJ, with branches in union, Bayonne, Morris Plains, Hawthorne and Middletown, has made a major commitment to marketing and promoting Rheem Water Heaters.  Since their conversion from State Water Heaters in May of 2004 Bruce Tucker, President, and Joe Novak, V.P./General Manager, have taken all the necessary steps to insure success in New Jersey.  This included contractor training, training of wholesaler personal, sales calls, promotions and advertising.
“This has generated a dramatic increase in sales and market penetration for Rheem in New Jersey,” states Robert Kolakowski, District Sales Manager with Rheem Water Heaters.”
Part of this commitment is exemplified with the recent painting of General Plumbing Supply’s trucks, shown in the accompanying photos here.
General has converted 7 of their trucks to traveling billboards dramatically highlighting Rheem residential and commercial product. “This kind of commitment can only breed success,” says Kolakowski.
